She's based on the Sea Witch from Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale. One of Disney's true villains, Ursula is a part human, part octopus creature from the Little Mermaid and is the enemy of King Triton. But her evil is not strong enough to conquer Ariel, the little mermaid herself. Includes:
