Return Policy

At Partyrama Group, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

💭 Change of Mind Returns

You may return eligible items for a refund or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • After 30 days: a store credit will be issued (valid 12 months).
  • Items must be new, unused, unaltered, and in original, resaleable packaging.
  • Return shipping is at your cost and must be sent using a trackable method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds incur a 5% restocking fee.
  • All returns are carefully inspected. We may refuse a return if the item or packaging is not in acceptable condition.

🦸 Costume Specific Conditions

To ensure eligibility:

  • Costumes must not be soiled (makeup, tan, pet hair, fragrance, body odour).
  • Do not try on costumes that are clearly the wrong size; stretched or damaged items cannot be returned.
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration cannot be accepted.

🚫 Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or sourcing reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bulk/special orders
  • Mystery boxes & party sets (entire contents or individual items)
  • Food items (unless faulty/damaged)
  • Pet costumes/accessories
  • Underwear, hosiery, contact lenses
  • Any opened/seal-broken hygiene items, including:
    • socks, teeth/fangs, eyelashes, wigs/wig caps, moustaches/beards, makeup, earrings, prosthetics

Any non-returnable items included in a return will not be refunded and will be discarded.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, please contact us immediately.

  • Faulty items must be unusable and not fit for purpose.
  • Minor defects (e.g., small marks, loose threads, slight colour variance, easily restitched seams) may not qualify for a full refund/replacement.
  • You may be asked to provide photos or video.
  • If an item is disposed of before reporting the issue, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
  • If a return is required, we will provide a free return label.
  • Using, repairing, or altering a faulty item confirms it is “fit for purpose,” and the return will not be accepted.

🎈 Faulty Balloons

Please inspect before inflation and report issues immediately with a photo. We cannot assess claims without images.

🔄 Exchanges

To ensure fast delivery, please place a new order for the item/size you need.

You may return your original item under the change-of-mind policy.

Return-to-Sender Orders

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, we will issue a store credit (minus original shipping and any return costs). A 5% restocking fee applies.

Late Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates only. If your items arrive after your event, you may return them under our change-of-mind policy.
