Pirate Party Hats (Pack 12)

Pack of 12 pirate party hats.

Hats are made from cardboard and measure 38cm x 24cm.

Hats simply slip onto the head and will fit up to a medium size adult head. The fit can be adjusted by stapling the hat at the edges to make smaller if necessary.
