Silicone mold measures 8cm in width x 11.5cm in height. The Mermaid tail cutout measures 10cm in height x 6cm in width.

Made from silicone. Designed for use with food and confectionary.

Do not use it in the oven. Place in fridge or freezer until set.

Use with flower paste, modelling paste and gum paste, fondant, chocolate and marzipan.

For best results, lightly dust with cornflour, and press your chosen medium gently into the mould. Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool.
