Letters measure approx 40cm high, banner measures approx 4 metres long when assembled. Can be hung as 1 continuous banner or cut and hung as two separate banners.

Some basic assembly required. Thread ribbon through loops to hang.

How to fill air fill balloons-

Take a small straw (not included), insert into the valve and blow until you feel resistance and the balloon is full. Do not use a balloon pump.
