Alphabet Silicone Mould.

Silicone mold measures 12cm in height x 12cm in width. A-Z letter with button detailing cutouts measure 0.8cm - 2cm in width.

Mould is made from silicone. Designed for use with food and confectionary.

Do not use it in the oven. Place in fridge or freezer to set.

Use with flower paste, modelling paste and gum paste, fondant, chocolate and marzipan.

For best results, lightly dust with cornflour, and press your chosen medium gently into the mould. Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool.

Create sugary decorations for your birthday cake and cupcakes with this silicone mould! Fill the mould, pop it in the fridge or freezer to set and then place the letters on your baked treats for personalised edible decorations.
