Grand Final Eve Public Holiday Closure

Please note that we are closed from 4.30pm on Thursday 28th September 2017 for the Grand Final Eve Public Holiday.

We will re-open at 9am on Monday 2nd October 2017.

Email Us with your enquiry and we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible.

Courier and Postal services are not operational on Friday 29th September, therefore there will be no parcels shipped out on this day.


How is my item sent?

 

All item are shipped from our Australian distribution centre via Australia Post Express or Trackable Air mail services.

Items listed as "In Stock!" are shipped same business day if order is placed before 2pm AEST.

Items that state "Pre-Order for Delivery in 7-14 Days" are in stock with our suppliers, or in transit to our warehouse.

  • Australia Post Express Courier International, delivered to you via NZ Post. (2-5 business days)
  • Pack and Track International (3 - 10 business days) - only available on orders up to 1.4kg.

 

Some orders over NZ $250 may get detained by local customs agencies. Fashionforfun.co.nz cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees or duties that may be applicable in your country.

If an order gets held by customs, it may delay delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items are held in stock at our dedicated Melbourne warehouse. We also import some of our range from a variety of leading suppliers and brands from the USA and Australia.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and the stock status shown on each product page. Please ensure you consider the information supplied below before selecting your shipping method.

 

* Express Courier International is usually delivered 2-10 days from date of despatch for items marked "In Stock".

Please note that items that state "Delivered in 7-14 days" will be delivered to you via this method in 7-14 days from the date of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your parcel to be trackable via this method.

 

 Pack & Track International is usually delivered in 3-10 days from date of despatch for items marked "In Stock".

Once your item has despatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If you have not received this email 5 business days after placing your order, please check your spam filter or contact us for further information.

 

NZ Post do not deliver parcels on weekends. We cannot specify a time for your delivery, however they generally deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to sign for your parcel, so if you are not going to be home we suggest having it sent to an address where there will be someone to sign for it - such as your workplace. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
